- Must be a member of any Colorado Board of REALTORS®
- Should possess outside sales or business experience.

- Must have a mobile phone with full email capabilities.
- Be Internet savvy and willing to learn new technology and systems.
- Be financially stable, and able to work 50+ hours per week when needed.
